Beginners and non beginners are welcome to join, couples and woman are welcomed.  

Shake off the Monday Vibe and enjoy a reset for the week ahead.

***Because this is a series of 7 weeks, it is important to attend each week to gain momentum

T.U.N.E into you. This event is created for those who want to "Tune" into you, to start to listen to your own intuition, your body, your mind and soul.

We will start with a 20 minute flow of Qi Gong. What is Qi Gong? Gentle movements and stretches  to remove stagnated energy within the body, such as negative emotions that build up through the day or week or month. Qi Gong assists with anxiety, stress helping you to focus your intent on the movements which in turn brings peace to the mind. Many people around the globe practice Qi Gong way into their 90 years of age, it is an ancient traditional exercise for the mind, body and soul.

After the flow we will be seated for a guided visual meditation, in a relaxed, safe space

If required as your health practitioner if Qi Gong will be suitable for you

What to bring?
