    The Mindful Motion Pilates Class is an opportunity to practice The Pilates Method in an all inclusive, welcoming, supportive environment. Small class size allows for individual attention. Practice your Pilates technique, perfect your form, learn new Pilates movement sequencing and if you've been doing Pilates with me online, this is the perfect opportunity to meet me in person and experience my live teaching style.

    WHEN & WHERE?
    Saturday 1st June
    2:00pm - 3:45pm
    House of Health Collective, Norwood. (Mezzanine level) 

    THE EXPERIENCE
    We will begin with a brief welcome and mindful moment to drop into the practice.
    Our class will be a super luxurious 75 minute Mat Pilates session which will conclude with a relaxing, energy balancing guided meditation. The class is appropriate for all levels with approachable modifications and advancements throughout. There will be an emphasis on technique, breath-work and alignment practiced through thoughtful choreography. Post class will will have some time for a little Pilates/well-being Q&A as well as enjoy refreshing Raw Cold-Pressed Juices form local producer, Juice Quest.

    WHAT TO BRING 
    Yoga/Pilates Mat (if your mat is thin you might like to bring 2 or a towel to go over the top to increase cushioning for best comfort), water and optional thin cushion for head/neck support during class as well as end meditation. Small Pilates props will be provided. 

    WHAT TO WEAR
    Comfortable, breathable clothes with a little stretch to them or activewear. 

    ABOUT ME :)
    I have been teaching Pilates for over 12 years. I carry a Diploma of Pilates Teaching and Methodology and am also a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and a semi professional dancer (Contemporary/Ballet/Heels). I am passionate about helping individuals either create, re-establish and/or improve their self confidence through mindful movement. I want each of my clients to feel strong and confident in their body, no matter age or fitness level. Using the many facets of the multitude of tools in my knowledge kit, I hope to offer you the chance to feel amazing inside and out through the practice of Pilates and Mindfulness.
