Tea is more than a drink—it's a ritual that slows time, a symbol of serenity, and a doorway to mindful presence. In this immersive workshop, you’ll:
Taste 2 green teas and 2 oolong teas
Learn about their health benefits
Learn the optimal brewing times and water temperatures for each
Explore 3 levels of tasting to deepen your sensory experience
Cultivate mindfulness as you sip, observe, and reflect
What you’ll experience:
A full sensory journey engaging sight, aroma, taste, and touch
Guided mindful tasting techniques to heighten awareness and serenity
A peaceful, reflective space to relax and reset
Mindfulness will be woven into every moment of the experience to deepen connection with the teas and with yourself.
