Event description

Mitch Bellert and his quintet are a swinging aggregation with a focus on the hard-bop and post-bop eras of American Music. Comprised of some of Brisbane’s finest talent, they present a modern interpretation of this music whilst holding a respect for tradition. They have successfully performed curated performances tributing bands and cohorts such as The Jazz Messengers, The Young Lions, Double Tenor Groups, and more. Join them as they pull selections from their whole repertoire of swinging, authentic American Music.
