Let's remove the heaviness in arm balances and develop a better connection to the mat through your hands. Once you learn this key component of the practice you will have the ability to explore a range of arm balances.
The arm balances you will have the potential to explore during the workshop are:
- Crow / side crow / one-legged crow
- Koundinyasana 1 / koundinyasana 2
- Flying pigeon / Grasshopper
- Astavakrasana (8-angle pose)
This workshop will include a vinyasa flow and will be accessible for all levels.

Plenty of free onsite parking available. Just turn off Montague Rd onto Raven St. - Do I need to bring a mat?
If you have one I would recommend bringing it but there will be mats available to use if needed. - What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in.
