Event description

Let's remove the heaviness in arm balances and develop a better connection to the mat through your hands. Once you learn this key component of the practice you will have the ability to explore a range of arm balances.

The arm balances you will have the potential to explore during the workshop are:

  • Crow / side crow / one-legged crow
  • Koundinyasana 1 / koundinyasana 2
  • Flying pigeon / Grasshopper
  • Astavakrasana (8-angle pose)

This workshop will include a vinyasa flow and will be accessible for all levels.

FAQs

  1. Is there parking available?
    Plenty of free onsite parking available. Just turn off Montague Rd onto Raven St.
  2. Do I need to bring a mat?
    If you have one I would recommend bringing it but there will be mats available to use if needed.
  3. What should I wear?
    Comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in.
