Moga Family Band

The Moga Family Band are a rising star of the Nashville music scene blending super soulful vocals and funky hooks with jamband sensibilities. What started as a local secret is steadily blossoming into a national phenomenon. Fresh off their victory in the 2026 American Songwriter Road Read Talent Contest, the band is well on its way to cementing its status as festival favorites, securing spots at High Sierra Music Festival and Rooster Walk in Virginia.

The six-piece band features a “chosen family” of elite musicians. They have individually played on the most prestigious stages in their city of Nashville - The Ryman and Grand Ole Opry. Also, at some of the country’s most high-profile music festivals like Bottlerock, SXSW and Bonnaroo. Just a week after their High Sierra debut, there is no doubt Moga will be one of the first names mentioned by festival-goers when asked about their new favorite bands. Condense all that buzz and energy into the intimate setting of the Crazy Horse and you have a recipe for a magical night.

Local Nevada City duo, Cheyenne Skye and Brian Coe, will set a fun and festive tone for the evening. From her hometown folk-stomp roots in Santa Barbara (Rainbow Girls) to her more recent soulful rock ensemble (Cheyenne Skye & The Tasty Cakes), Skye has always been a lovably, irreverent songstress. Anyone who has seen her perform under her alter ego, “Pocketknife” with Anna Moss understands the edge she can bring to the party. However, she also plays it straight in this soulful folk duo with Coe’s laid-back drumming inviting bodies to groove. Laugh, listen and dance to a range of playful original material to elevate your spirits.
