MONGOLIAN NIGHT | Charles Duan Food at La Sirène Brewing
Description
Our dear friend and master of charcoal, Charles Duan (Melbourne chef pop-up extraordinaire, Restaurant Gaea alumnus) is bringing his unique family traditions and culinary skill to La Sirène for one, special night.
Join Charles between the oak barrels of La Sirène Reservoir across one of two dinner sittings on Saturday 17 October.
Charles will be preparing a 6 course Mongolian menu + snacks for you to enjoy for $95.
CHARLES DUAN
His Mongolian heritage, mixed with Northern Chinese culture, offers a perspective rarely seen in the Melbourne food scene.
Charles was born and raised in Inner Mongolia, a northern region of China. Here, lamb and beef are the heroes, and raw fire cooking is a deeply-appreciated art form.
Charles moved to Australia to become a chef and it's here he trained in French classics, working around cuisines including Japanese, Latin American, Italian and Modern Australian fine dining.
This will be an unforgettable and unique dining experience. Be sure to secure your tickets now.
