The last Sunday of every month is our Community Dharma gathering!
Join us as one of our Sangha members gives a Guided Meditation, Dharma Talk and Q & A Discussion
In the meditation class, you will be instructed on sitting properly, preparation for practice and engaging in short rounds of meditation practice.
Enjoy the positive benefits of sitting with others in meditation
