Monthly Shamatha Urban Retreat June 2024

Intention:

This year’s Urban retreat will be on the comprehensive practice of Satipatthana as taught by Bikkhu Analayo. His "Seven Spoked Wheel of Satipatthana” is presented as a complete practice of the four establishments of mindfulness. During the retreat we will begin with foundational mindfulness of breath practices and then explore a series of classic contemplations for promoting insight.
