Theme for October is about self-care and building confidence, inspired by the flourishing nature of spring. Nurture yourself in a safe space held with love and care to build your self-worth

Morning Medicine offers a safe, nurturing space, free from judgment and expectations, inviting you to discover inner peace through mindful body exploration, meditation, and gentle breathwork. This sacred journey opens pathways for you to connect with your heart, foster a sense of community and friendship, and nurture your spiritual growth as you uncover the sacred space within.

The gathering includes

About brekkie

We will have a communal brekkie after the gathering for those of you who'd like to stay to integrate, nibble and/or mix and mingle.

You are welcome to bring a small something to contribute for brekkie, if you wish: I'll bring some fruit 🍇

Important information

The location is Mooloolaba beach entrance 169, Briner Beach- 2 minutes walk north of Mooloolaba Adventure Playground.

Please register and make your donation prior to the event.

There is a car park at the top of the hill at the end of Buderim Av. Just walk down the boardwalk and you'll see us on the grass area. Coles car park in Mooloolaba may be another cheeky parking option.

Donation

If cash is a bit tight this week and you can't make the minimum donation, text me please and we'll find a way: 0401 001 261. The most important thing is to show up. Registration is necessary- it's important to write your intention down.

Children

Please bring your children along. Let's normalise inner work, self love, beautiful connections and a soulful community. There is no need to register your children. My son is usually there climbing trees and racing around on the grass.
