This November, I invite you to join me for Morning Medicine as we journey into Embracing Stillness: Finding Peace in a World of Noise.

These gatherings are a space for you to breathe, to release, and to reconnect with the stillness that lives within your soul—a stillness that knows how to heal, how to love, and how to rise again.

Let us walk this path together, finding peace in the embrace of silence, letting the breath carry us back to the wisdom of our own hearts.

The gathering includes

♥️ A great bunch of like-minded people

♥️ A dip in the ocean if you wish

What to bring along

🏮 Your intention

🧘‍♀️ A yoga mat or blanket to sit on/ a cushion for comfort perhaps

💦 Drinking water

👒 Sun protection and a hat

💜 An open heart and the willingness to grow and glow from the inside out

🌊 Cozzies if you'd like a dip in the ocean

Important information

The location is Mooloolaba beach entrance 169, Briner Beach- 2 minutes walk north of Mooloolaba Adventure Playground.

There is a car park at the top of the hill at the end of Buderim Av. Just walk down the boardwalk and you'll see us on the grass area. Coles car park in Mooloolaba may be another cheeky parking option.

Children

Please feel free to bring your little ones along. Let’s nurture a space where self-discovery, self-love, and soulful connections become natural for everyone, including our children. There’s no need to register them—my own son will likely be there too, climbing trees and running joyfully on the grass. Let’s make this a gathering for all ages to grow and connect.
