Morning Medicine is a safe, nurturing space, free of judgment and expectations, encouraging you to find your inner peace through a journey of body exploration, meditation and gentle breath-work. Opening paths for you to connect with your heart, build community & friendship and allowing yourself to grow spiritually to discover the sacred space within.   
 

The gathering includes

 ♥️ Gentle breath-work

 ♥️ Meditation / silence 

 ♥️  Guided body movement

 ♥️ A great bunch of like-minded people

 ♥️ A dip in the ocean if you wish 

 ♥️  Brekkie together after the event if you wish :)

What to bring along 

🧘‍♀️  A yoga mat or blanket / a cushion for comfort perhaps

💦  Drinking water 

👒  Sun protection and a hat 

💜  An open heart and the willingness to grow and glow from the inside out

  🌊  Cozzies  if you'd like a dip in the ocean

About brekkie

We will have a communal brekkie from 8am for those of you who'd like to stay to integrate, nibble and/or mix and mingle. Would be lovely to have a chit-chat.

If you're a coffee person please bring a thermos with your coffee

Please bring a small plate of something to share if you'd like to stay for brekkie. I'll bring some fruit 🍇

Important information

The location is Mooloolaba beach entrance 169, Briner Beach- 2 minutes walk north of Mooloolaba Adventure Playground. 

There will be no door sales - please register and make your donation prior to the event.

There is a car park at the top of the hill at the end of Buderim Av. Just walk down the boardwalk and you'll see us on the grass area. Coles car park in Mooloolaba may be another cheeky parking option.
