Morning re-Treat

We acknowledge that Morning re-Treat is taking place on unceded Wiradjuri, Gundungurra and Dharug country, and we pay our respects to elders, past present and emerging.

Join us for a Morning Treat every second Saturday of the month.
It is a rejuvenating experience set in a beautiful environment, offering Meditation, Feldenkrais, and Dance, with a potluck morning tea to finish.

Designed for locals or passersby alike, we will foster connection to oneself and the community, providing a delightful treat for your mind and body.

No experience needed. Led by professional facilitators Andre Cardoso, Julian Wong and Renata Commisso

Please bring a plate to share for Morning Tea/Brunch.
