Join me for a deeply restorative morning experience designed to help you start your day with clarity, purpose, and peace. This gentle gathering is all about creating space to reconnect with yourself, set a loving tone for the day ahead, and nourish your nervous system in a safe, supportive environment.

🧘‍♀️ What to Expect

We’ll be lying down on yoga mats, immersed in a carefully curated soundscape delivered through wireless headsets. These healing frequencies and sound playlists are designed to soothe the mind, regulate the nervous system, and invite a sense of grounded calm. It’s a moment to pause, breathe, and simply be, held by sound, supported by stillness.

💜 What to Bring

• A pillow for head support or under your knees (especially helpful for those with lower back sensitivity)

• A blanket if you’d like extra warmth or comfort

• Any additional items that help you feel cozy and relaxed

Yoga mats and wireless headsets will be provided. You’re welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel at ease, this is your time to rest and receive.

⏰ Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and receive the opening instructions. We begin promptly, and arriving early ensures you won’t miss the gentle guidance that sets the tone for the session.

Healing Session Consent:
I hereby consent to participate in sessions provided by Loretta at Me Mystique & I. I understand sessions may include hands-on healing, breathwork, frequency healing, sound healing, guided counselling and meditation, and are delivered using wireless headsets. I am voluntarily choosing to engage in these practices.

Nature of Healing Session:
I understand healing sessions may involve non-traditional or complementary methods, including hands-on healing, and the effectiveness of such methods may vary from person to person. Loretta at Me Mystique & I make no guarantees or promises regarding the outcome of the sessions.

Hands-On Healing:
I acknowledge hands-on healing may involve gentle physical contact, and I am comfortable with and consent to such touch during the session. I understand the intention of hands-on healing is to facilitate the flow of energy and promote well-being.

Acknowledgment of Risks:
I acknowledge there may be risks associated with participating in hands-on healing, as well as breathwork, frequency healing, sound healing, and meditation, including but not limited to physical or emotional discomfort. I agree to communicate openly with Loretta at Me Mystique & I about any concerns or experiences during the session.

Personal Responsibility:
I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being during and after sessions. I agree to inform Loretta at Me Mystique & I of any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, or concerns that may affect my ability to participate in the healing session.

Confidentiality:
I understand that the information shared during the session will be kept confidential unless required by law. I understand that participating in groups session come with the risk of others not maintaining confidentiality and release Loretta of all responsibility should this occur. Loretta at Me Mystique & I will not disclose personal information without my explicit consent.

Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency during the session, Loretta at Me Mystique & I is authorised to take necessary action, including seeking medical assistance, and I agree to cover any associated costs.

Wireless Headsets:
I acknowledge the use of wireless headsets during sessions may involve certain known and unknown risks. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Loretta at Me Mystique & I of any pre-existing medical conditions, including hearing impairments, mental health conditions or implanted medical devices, prior to participating. I agree to communicate openly any concerns or adverse reactions experienced during the session and to discontinue use immediately if necessary. I further acknowledge despite reasonable precautions, unforeseen risks may arise, and I accept full responsibility for my participation.
