Learn and practice Yoga and mindfulness.
In Port Sorell or via zoom from where ever you want.
Yoga and mindfulness is a great practice to increase flexibility strength, and resilience, mentally, physically and emotionally.
The sessions are changing according to the people, how we feel, the time of the year, and the changing themes, with elements of Breathwork, Mindfulness, Kabala and Ayurveda. sometimes they are more still and relaxed sometimes dynamic and sweaty, yet you are asked to adjust the practice FOR YOUR BODY rather then your body to the practice.
It's an awesome way to start the Friday and weekend, giving back to our body and mind what they might ask.
This class is open to every one regardless to prevues experience or faith and run by donations (recommended contribution of $5-25)
