Event description

$15 Vinyasa Yoga and Pranayama class outside to enjoy the beautiful morning sun at Maroubra beach. 


All levels welcome.  


What to expect: 1 hour class beginning with yogic breath work, moving through vinyasa yoga poses to stretch and strengthen our bodies and finishing in a lying meditation. The best way to start your day. 


Please bring a yoga mat/towel. 


Location of class: in front of Maroubra Skate Park on Marine parade, facing the beach.


Weather dependent due to class being hosted outside.
