Mother Goddess Lino Print Workshop - 11 May

Celebrate Mum

In this class, we will channel divine feminine energy into a lino print that speaks "Mother Goddess".

I will have a template for you to use and you can jazz it up how you like, or you can bring your own drawing to use.

What to expect:

• Together we will workshop your "Mother Goddess" design, working on a 9x15cm lino plate. 
  
  
• You will be guided on how to use lino carving tools and printmaking inks to create your own unique design that you will want to frame! The nature of my classes is quite intimate and I will be teaching and guiding you throughout the class. 
  
  
• You will draw your design and I will show you how to transfer it onto the lino plate.
  
  
• Most of the class will be spent carving the lino.
  
  
• We will then print your designs onto paper or card so you have pieces to take home.
  

• My aim is to educate and empower you to create something you will be proud of.
  

• No prior experience necessary, all you will need is enthusiasm and a fun attitude.
  

I will supply some celebratory champers and some non-alcoholic options to celebrate Mother's Day.

Please arrive at 2:45pm and we will start the class by 3:00pm. We will finish the class by 6:00pm.

Getting there:

Stackwood is located on the corner of Stack and Wood Streets, Fremantle (White Gum Valley). Please park in the main carpark if there is room, or on the street. From the carpark, walk down the left side of the building and access via the side door.

This class is for 18+ students only.
