Cold Seafood Platter
2 oysters, 2 tiger prawns, 2 slices of smoked salmon with lemon and cocktail sauce

Smoked Duck Breast
Served with an Asian salad and homemade hoisin dressing

Main:
Eye Fillet Mignon Wrapped in Prosciutto
Served with mushroom sauce, garlic mashed potato, and asparagus

Grilled Fresh Barramundi Fillet
Served with sautéed pipis and roasted vegetables

Dessert:
Chocolate-Dipped Profiteroles
Served with whipped cream and berries

Homemade Crème Brûlée
