    ~ JUST FOR YOU ~ Breathe...

    Join us this Mother's Day for some 'you time' or bring your mum along for a relaxing and rejuvenating Yin Yoga experience followed by a therapeutic and stress relieving tea tasting to invigorate the mind, body and soul.Β 


    YOGA ~ Local Yoga instructor Tiffany will guide you through a gentle Yin yoga practice focused around relaxation and finding stillness in the body and the mind.Β 

    TEA ~ We will then enjoy a tasting of some of the exquisite teas produced by Organic India using Tulsi (Holy Basil) which provides huge benefits to Body & Mind supporting a healthy response to stress, natural detoxification, and restoring balance and harmony.This combination of a gentle Yin Yoga practice and tea tasting is designed for you to unwind, breathe, relax and feel more centred.Β 


    All levels are welcome.
    Please bring your own mat.Β
