YOGA ~ Local Yoga instructor Tiffany will guide you through a gentle Yin yoga practice focused around relaxation and finding stillness in the body and the mind.

TEA ~ We will then enjoy a tasting of some of the exquisite teas produced by Organic India using Tulsi (Holy Basil) which provides huge benefits to Body & Mind supporting a healthy response to stress, natural detoxification, and restoring balance and harmony.This combination of a gentle Yin Yoga practice and tea tasting is designed for you to unwind, breathe, relax and feel more centred.
