MENU OPTIONS
Entrées (Choose one):
- Tomato Basil Bruschetta: Toasted baguette slices topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, and balsamic glaze, finished with crispy prosciutto.
- Garlic Prawns: Sautéed prawns in a creamy garlic and white wine sauce, served with crusty bread.
Main Courses (Choose one):
- Beef Tenderloin with Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Seared beef tenderloin served with a rich red wine sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, and sautéed green beans.
- Slow-Cooked Beef Cheeks: Braised in red wine and served with creamy polenta and roasted root vegetables.
- Grilled Barramundi with Lemon Butter Sauce: Served with creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed greens.
