Mountain Yoga with Melissa Howden (Sangita)

De-stress at the end of the day while keeping your body moving, stretching & strong. 

Dates: Tuesdays from 12th October

Time: 4.30pm to 5.30pm

Cost: $180 for whole 10 week term /  $100 for 5 week pass (to be used within the term)

        $144 for 8 weeks

A beautiful, holistic yoga class for all.

Move, stretch and strengthen your body.

Maintain joint and spinal flexibility; learn breathing techniques to develop mental focus and calm. Relax deeply and come back to peace. 

Hatha Yoga is a classical style of yoga which is suitable for all levels of experience. It works to bring balance and wellbeing to body, mind & spirit.
