Move for Mental Health - Wake-up! Yoga on the Lawn

Not a morning person? But did you know waking up early in morning mixed with doing Yoga has many positive benefits for our health!

Come for a 45-minute Yoga session guided by Coach Monica happening every Wednesday at 6:15am from 9-23 March.

Participants will meet at UNSW Fitness & Aquatic Centre ready for a Yoga session in comfortable clothing – Loose clothes are recommended.

Mental Health March is created by UNSW Health Promotions Unit and aims to encourage the UNSW community to engage in conversations surrounding the often challenging topics of mental health and wellbeing. The team offer workshops, resources and mental health services to all UNSW Students and Staff.
