LOOKING FOR A FUN WAY TO CONNECT WITH OUR COMMUNITY, AND DISCOVER HOLISTIC PRACTICES ? If the answer is YES, then this event is for you!

Come join us at Move for Mindfulness! Our Gold Coast Passport Rotary club members and I AM HUMN have put on a fun event for our Gold Coast community to join. Our focus is to raise awareness about mental health and the alternative holistic practices and sports that can help our Gold Coast Community how to deal with anxiety, depression, or any other mental health issues. Funds will go towards local initiatives that support our Gold Coast Community.

Our facilitators will be providing the following holistic practices:

- Yoga

- Qi Gong

- Breathwork

- Guided Meditation

- Sound Healing

Palm Beach Parklands.

Itinerary:

7:10am - Check in
7:30am - Starts
7:30- 9:15am - Yoga - Qi Gong - Breath work - Guided Meditation - Sound Healing

What to bring:

-Blanket

-Water bottle

-Yoga matt or beach towel

-Swimsuit (if you are planning on going for a swim afterward!)

- Sunblock and sunglasses

- yourself!
