WHAT TO WEAR/ BRING: Comfortable clothes, drink bottle, eye pillow (optional). Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (we have some spares you can borrow).

WHAT TO EXPECT: This session is suitable for all levels. We'll start with an introduction - outlining the theme, structure & set an intention, warmup (Somatic movement/ Qi Gong/ Yoga), connect with the breath to energise, cleanse, relax and then experience an immersive sound journey.

EXCHANGE: Early bird: $54, On time: $66 - dana (donation) spots available for those who wish to attend but do not have the funds currently.
