Kicking off with some gentle yin inspired movement, a nourishing breathwork and meditation practice followed by a sound bath - you'll leave this practice feeling grounded, nourished and clear headed.

Immersion - doing breathwork different. Unlike most modern facilitators, we won't send you to the moon and back. We create a dreamy, nourishing space for you to unwind, rest and relax so you can leave feeling rejuvenated, not frazzled.

Bring your swimmers if you want to have a cleansing dip in the creek afterwards, or wear your PJ's so you can go straight back home to bed - the choice is yours.
