Description

Come exactly as you are.

This is 75 minutes to put everything else down and give yourself a moment to nourish, to be held, to simply be. We'll move through embodied, grounding movement designed to help you drop out of your head and back into your body. From there we'll settle into breathwork, before landing in deep, restorative stillness.

This practice is rooted in ancient wisdom — yoga, pranayama and energy work — expressed in a way that feels genuinely accessible and real.

What's included:
Guided movement practice
Conscious connected breathwork
Deep stillness and integration

What to bring:
Water bottle
Comfortable clothing you can move in
Eye mask -optional

Yoga mats, blankets and props will be provided. You're more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Before you book: a few important health notes

Breathwork is a powerful practice, and for most people it is safe, gentle and deeply restorative. The active, connected breathing we use in this session can have strong physical and emotional effects, so it is not suitable for everyone.

Please do not book a ticket if you have, or have a history of, any of the following:

Cardiovascular conditions, including high or unmanaged blood pressure, heart disease, angina, an irregular heartbeat, or a previous heart attack
Stroke, or a personal history of aneurysm
Epilepsy or a seizure disorder
Glaucoma or a detached retina
A serious mental health condition such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis
Recent surgery or a recent significant injury
Severe osteoporosis

Please contact Harriet before booking if:

You are pregnant
You have asthma or another respiratory condition (you are welcome to join with your doctor's okay, and please bring your inhaler)
You are unsure whether any of the above applies to you

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that none of the conditions listed above apply to you, or that if any do, you have spoken with Harriet beforehand and been cleared to attend. You acknowledge that you are taking part at your own discretion.

This information is not medical advice, so if you are in any doubt, please check with your GP or treating practitioner first.

About Harriet:

Harriet is a yoga teacher and trauma-informed PRANABEAT breathwork facilitator based in the Southern Highlands, NSW. She weaves together movement, breath and stillness to help people feel genuinely nourished, grounded and connected back to themselves.

Harriet's biggest influence comes from her own experience learning to understand and work with an overwhelmed nervous system, and the years spent learning from incredible teachers, psychologists and mentors along the way. Her work is rooted in the ancient wisdom and philosophy of yoga and pranayama — practices that have supported human nervous systems for centuries.

She holds space for whatever needs to move, in whatever way it needs to move — and being met in that space, held safely and without judgement, is healing in itself.

What people are saying:

"I felt so drawn to the idea of this practice before I'd even shown up — it was a full body yes. Before we'd even begun, I was already emotional. Harriet's energy creates an immediate sense of safety. The theme hit me so deeply — it's something I've been actively working on for weeks. I usually find breathwork uncomfortable and it often spikes my cortisol rather than calming it, but for the first time I felt genuinely calm going into a practice. Not scared. Just ready."

"Such intelligent cueing and soft, strong invitations throughout — plus that subtle quirkiness that makes it all feel so authentic and enjoyable. A very rare combination in my many years of practice."

"Everything was perfect. I loved the pace, the music, Harriet's voice and her cues were spot on. She had such a lovely vibe throughout — it was clear she was completely in her element."
