Movement for Stress Relief | Cotton Tree
Event description
Join Physiotherapist and mind-body coach Camille Walrath for 60 minutes of movement and meditation to help ease the stresses of daily life.The class will include a variety of movement activities to shift energy through the body, such as intuitive movement, dance, Qigong, bodyweight exercises, empowering poses and body awareness meditation.
This class is designed to be FUN and is intended to leave you feeling lighter in the body and mind. Bring a towel or yoga mat to lie on for meditation, remember to be sun-safe, and wear comfortable clothing for light exercise.
