Christiana will lead a revitalising 45-minute mat Pilates session designed to awaken your strength, increase body awareness, and leave you feeling empowered from the inside out. You’ll physically anchor the confidence you’re building—feeling it not just mentally, but embodied and real. This session will leave you grounded, energised, and fully aligned to step into the new month feeling strong, centred, and confident.
