Open Floor movement practice offers a dynamic, creative tool kit of resources to move through life, fully embodied. We use the universal language of dance and mindfulness for self discovery, connection and healing.

Learning how to stay connected to our centre, and to move from this place is one if the most useful skills we can have in life.
In this workshop we will be exploring these questions:
How do I stay in my centre and witness the ever changing flow of feelings, sensations, thoughts and experiences that life brings?
How do I meet others and connect in relationship, while staying connected to my centre?
We will explore these questions through the body, with the intention to develop greater awareness and resilience for these changing times.

Please wear clothes you can move in - best to dress in layers so you can make yourself warm or cool as needed.

Please bring your own water bottle & a small towel to mop up with - you may get sweaty! :) Also, please wear a top/shirt at all times.

To enable spacing while entering, we will be opening the doors 10 minutes early, at 2.20pm.

Please DO NOT attend if you have the slightest signs of cold or flu or if you have been in a Covid hotspot in the last 14 days.
