    About this Workshop

Join this fun dance and movement workshop to explore various ways of connecting with the mind-and-body. Through dance, movement improvisation, mindfulness, breath and visualisation exercises participants will be guided through enjoyable activities which are geared toward supporting physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

We will all be moving together, getting inspired by the space, time and people around us. As well as imagery, sensations and symbols fed to the group by the facilitator. This process oriented workshop will aim to free your mind and body, while finding new ways to move and experience movement. The intention for this session is to hold an authentic, curious and creative space for all to move, tune into their bodies and sensations, express, release tension, process and explore new movement pathways.

This workshop is open and welcoming and will accommodate for what you feel like you need or want most. It will allow another opportunity for supportive self reflection, self care, as well as a simple playful interaction. Led by experienced dancer, choreographer, teacher and Dance Movement therapist Alona Rosenberg.

No experience is necessary – this workshop is open to anyone regardless of skill level.
