Multicultural Cuisine with Sharon Soo

3 cooking classes covering 3 asian cuisines: Japanese, Malaysian and Korean.

Sunday 7th November 10.30am - 1pm
Sunday 14th November 3pm - 5.30pm 
Sunday 21st November 10.30am - 1pm
3 sessions: $130 / $97
Single session: $58 / $43

Enjoy these hands-on cooking classes with Sharon Soo, each week focused on one popular dishes from one region:

Week 1: Japanese cuisine: Okonomiyaki, Inarisushi and Mochi

Week 2: Malaysian special dishes not available in restaurants in Hobart: Lontong sayur lodeh & Ondeh Ondeh

Week 3: Korean cuisine: Bibimpap and Kimchi Mandu

No experience necessary, everything will be provided.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Sharon is of Chinese heritage and grew up in Malaysia, she has lived in Hobart since 1998 and has a wide experience in teaching cooking and catering.

She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and cooking techniques with others. She firmly believes that we can be creative in cooking using local, seasonal and healthy ingredients.
