The Mental Health Foundation Australia (MHFA) is excited to announce our upcoming Multicultural Seniors' Mental Health Conference, held this year during National Multicultural Mental Health Month 2023 on Wednesday 25th October at the Box Hill Town Hall. Developed in partnership with Whitehorse City Council, this event is dedicated to addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by seniors from diverse cultural backgrounds, and serves as a platform to foster understanding, share insights, and promote well-being among our multicultural senior community.
As seniors embark on their golden years, they deserve the support and resources necessary to maintain their mental well-being. The Multicultural Seniors' Mental Health Conference provides a space where seniors, caregivers, mental health professionals, and community leaders can come together to learn, discuss, and champion the mental health needs of our diverse senior population.
