Take some well deserved time out and join us for an 8 week yoga inspired playgroup experience as we connect to self, connect to other mums and bubs and bond with baby by including them in our self-care practice of movement and mindfulness.
Combining the principles of yoga and playgroup, our Mummy and Me classes offer a safe, welcoming, judgement free space to engage both you and your toddler with lots of playful songs and poses.
We will introduce the 8 limbs of yoga and how they can be applied to the the journey of motherhood and guide you through a gentle sequence of poses targeted at assisting your recovery in the first 3 years after birth. Focusing on improving your pelvic floor and core abdominal strength while relieving tension in your back, hips and shoulders.
Some weeks you may wish to focus on strength or balance, other weeks you may be happy to get out of the house and sit and relax with your little one as we share experiences. There are no expectations. These classes are designed to hold a space for you, as hard working Mummas raising children, to simply come and be.
No yoga experience necessary, suitable for beginners, babies and practiced yogis
Nursing and nappy friendly, attend to your babies needs as required.
Suitable for walkers to 4 years
