This class will support your pelvic floor strength in a safe and effective way. Each class blends yoga and pilates to make you strong in the areas you need it the most.

Bond with your baby through rhymes, massage and cute interactive yoga poses.

This class is designed for beginners and open-level students. There will be both modifications and challenges to suit all yogis, wherever you are in your journey.

These classes are aimed at boosting mamas’ well-being through yoga. We also provide a baby-friendly atmosphere with toys to entertain your little one. We also welcome unexpected feeds, changes and cuddles.
