Mums’ Morning Tea - beat the end-of-year fatigue
Event description
As the year winds down, many of us are running on empty - juggling work, family, school events, and now the fast-approaching festive season. It’s no wonder so many mums of all ages are feeling tired, overwhelmed, and stretched thin.
Join us for a relaxed and friendly morning tea at Alex Hills Hotel with Tony from Capalaba Natural Health, who specialises in helping women overcome fatigue, stress, anxiety, and hormonal imbalance.
Tony will share simple, practical ways to:
Understand what’s really behind your fatigue
Support your energy and mood naturally
Reset your body (and mind) before the chaos of Christmas hits
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more empowered, and with a clearer plan to finish the year feeling a little more like yourself again.
Tony will be shouting tea and coffee for everyone, and you’re welcome to purchase your own morning tea or any other drinks if you wish.
All ladies who attend will also receive a free copy of Tony’s Energy-Boosting Guide, packed with practical tips to help you increase your energy and feel more vibrant through the busy season ahead.
Come along for a cuppa, connection, and some much-needed calm before the festive storm. Most ladies will come along solo - we’ll make sure you feel welcomed and included from the moment you arrive.

Welcome to bring any babies or little ones, we'll be outside down the back by the playground in case any of the children would like to play in the fenced off playground.
You'll see the Social Mums Club sign out the front of the store, and Talia will be there in her pink tee to meet you and make sure you feel comfortable.

I'm confident you'll enjoy the Social Mums Club Experience.
Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…
- We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group
- We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group
- Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone
- You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.
- We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
