Music and Mindfulness
Immerse yourself in a transformative series of concerts that blend exquisite Baroque music with guided mindfulness exercises. Presented by Australian Baroque in collaboration with the School of Practical Philosophy, each concert features one of three presenters who will guide you through mindful listening, creating a deeper and more enriching connection to the music.
