A general overview on My Aged Care funding levels, programs and responsibilities
How to access an assessment for yourself, family member or care recipient
Upcoming changes to My Aged Care programs
Overview of the upcoming Support at Home Program and how the changes will affect new and existing recipients.
How to navigate the complaints process
Q & A session
Follow up support available from our Community Connectors post event to help with further navigation needs.
