My Body My Temple is a woman's only retreat and is an immersion into the body, mind, heart and soul..

This will be a powerful and deep sacred process, it is an opportunity for you to really release the old and bring in the new. This retreat will enable you to experience many healing modalities, touching all aspects of your being, both 1:1 and in group sessions. Reconnect to the earth and yourself, while being nurtured, guided and held, our safe and sacred container will allow you to be yourself, to be free, receive what you need and make connections with like minded souls on a similar path...
