Mystic Sound Bath with Cacao

Join me for this 2h immersive SOUND HEALING experience including CEREMONIAL CACAO.
Let go of the day and come into a state of simply BEing.
Sound and vibration are a powerful and ancient healing modality.
They have the ability to restore balance within the body, mind, and spirit by dropping us into a deeply meditative state and raising our vibration, awakening our consciousness as well as the body’s regenerative capabilities.
Outline of the event:
We will begin by opening our hearts with a cup of delicious ceremonial cacao (please bring your own mug!),
followed by a short meditation/theme introduction/gentle breath work.
Then we will drop into sound and vibration.
I will be creating a mystic soundscape using quartz crystal singing bowls, voice, guitar, chimes, and percussion instruments. Sessions are intuitively led and aimed at letting you drop into a state of meditative presence, calm and peace, and giving you the opportunity to tune into yourself to access the deeper wisdom within.
The event will be held in a safe container - everyone is welcome - come as you are.
Please bring your own props as the venue doesn't supply any.
You will be resting on the ground for the duration of the event, so please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring:
- something soft to lay on - yoga or camping mat - the venue has hardwood floors
- support for under the knees
- pillow and eye cover
- blanket
- a mug for your serving of cacao
- optional: any spiritual items for cleansing or recharging and anything else that will support you on your journey.
Location is the studio space "Kapa Rua" at Te Atamira in Frankton and time from 4.30pm - 6.30pm.
Tickets are $45 per person (Early Bird Tickets available for $40 until 12/09 at 12pm).
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in before we start.
