My Time is for parents and carers raising a child with a delay or disability. It’s a place for you to unwind and talk about your experiences. It’s a world away from appointments and therapy. It’s support for you.
This is a weekly event. You will be sent the Zoom details in an email.
You can use the same details every week.
Our groups are run by trained and knowledgeable parent facilitators who understand what it’s like to have a child with disability and have experience navigating the different services and systems, including NDIS.
Join our online My Time peer group on Monday nights. It’s a place for parents and caregivers to come together to share, laugh and learn from each other. It is a drop-in group. Come when you can, leave when you need to. Everyone is welcome!
