Sudhanshu is an internationally acclaimed musician and gifted vocal teacher, sharing Indian Classical music and Nāda Yoga around the world.

He will be in the Northern Beaches for one night only, on Friday 3rd May!

* The evening will begin with a vocal workshop designed to relax our nervous system, connect us with our soul and open our voices and our hearts. Discover how your own voice can become a tool to open you to states of calmness, bliss and equanimity.

* The evening will then flow into Kirtan, a call and response group practice of mantras and music, inspired by the Indian classical system of rāga.  Sudhanshu will be supported by his students Chetana, Geeti and Gyan on vocals, percussion and flute.

* Sudhanshu will close the evening with a classical Indian vocal Rāga performance, to carry our souls on a deep journey of peace and bring deep relaxation.

Nāda Yoga is a path of the exploration of consciousness through sounds. The aim of Nāda Yoga is to purify and harmonise the gross and subtle fields of body energy and bring them in alignment with their natural vibration.
