Experience an amazing array of our superb native ingredients at this special author talk and signing of the award-winning cookbook by Andrew Fielke, Australia’s Creative Native Cuisine.
There will be a cooking demonstration and tasting of a few easy recipes from the book.
His book will be available for purchase at the event - hardback $50 or soft cover $40 - as will a range of native ingredients. EFTPOS facility will be available.
