• Why pollinators matter for biodiversity, food systems, and healthy ecosystems

Founded by Hannah Jones, a conservation and horticulture professional with over twelve years’ experience in consulting, design and environmental education, Habitat Connection Co. brings together a passion for native plants, ecology, and inspiring others to care for the natural world.
