Natural Habitats is a multi-faceted landscape company with over 40 years’ experience across NZ and the pacific islands. From humble beginnings delivering projects in the residential market in Auckland, Natural Habitats has led the way as a scaled full service (design, build, maintain) provider, today with teams across NZ from Whangārei to Queenstown. Through the early 2000’s and onto today, Natural Habitats has established itself as a leader in the design, installation, and care of green roof products. Natural Habitats have delivered green roofs across NZ in varied climates from alpine settings to coastal frontages and in the heart of Auckland’s CBD. Jordan Greville, Natural Habitats’ CEO will present about their experience with green roofs and high rise walls, the challenges and benefits that come with them, and will have some insights to share that are hot off the press following a study being undertaken in partnership between The University of Auckland and Auckland Council.
