Come and be guided  in nature to greater wellness with Kakariki(green) prescriptions. I wish to assist all participants in forest bathing or  shinrin -yoku. Shinrin means forest in Japanese and Yoku means bath. Bathing in the atmosphere to enhance your  personal connection to nature through the senses. 

Positive benefits of this practice provides more energy, reduced stress and refreshed body and mind, inspired by the natural space visited. The walks are slow and available to  ages 16 years and over and  all mobilities. The magic of forest bathing is to provide two eyed seeing. Through human eyes while having the ability to see things from the perspective of the plants , animals and other aspects of nature, often unseen.
