Extraordinary experience to connect with Nature!
After two very successful panels of Migrant Women in Sustainability and discussing the importance of connecting with nature to understand how sustainable habits can be incorporated in our lives; I am thrilled to announce this event hosted by Nature Based Therapy and Kit Kline.
At a beautiful location in Anglesea and only 1.5 hours from Melbourne, Kit will guide us to connect with the earth and water and teaches various processes to make a strong bound with nature. We will learn nature based mindfulness, nature journaling, do some creative arts too and learn self care strategies.
The lunch would be hosted at a plant based café where the owner will explain the importance of a plant based diet on the environment and the body.
