Nature Connection Walks at Buderim Forest Park
Event description
Register for this 2 hour walking workshop or session of nature connection with forest bathing therapy, including:
Orientation to Buderim Forest Park, acknowledgement of country and sensory grounding
Guided sequence of relational forest therapy practices by ANFT certified guide
Vegan, gluten free snack and forest tea ritual
For each available as-yet-unbooked date you can book for your own private group ($250, max 8 participants) or an individual ticket ($42pp or $68 for two) to unlock it as a public event (minimum participant numbers apply).

Forest tea picnic
We'll come together under the trees to share in activities that awaken our senses and help us remember and develop our relationship the Earth.
Research shows that these practices can help us find joy, calm, peace and awe in our experience of life by encouraging curiosity, motivation and a renewed commitment to the Earth.
These sessions for all aged 6+ is in partnership with the beautiful subtropical rainforest and waterfalls at Buderim Forest Park.

Held Outside Nature Connection Experiences
is run by Jay Ridgewell, a nature therapy guide, science educator and communicator. For more information, including answers to questions such as "What happens on a nature therapy walk?", "Is there scientific proof that it's good for us?" and "What should I wear?!" visit the Held Outside website.

Buderim Forest Park
is 1.5 hour drive north of Brisbane and 15 minutes drive from Maroochydore. The path at Buderim Forest Park is mostly flat and we can stay on the wheelchair accessible boardwalk if that suits you best. There are public toilets at the car park.
Sunshine Coast Regional Council permit: CUL210040. Insurances and Wilderness First Aid certified.
