Nature Connection Walks at Mountain Creek
Event description
Experience guided nature connection with relational forest bathing in the bush with this small group session through the open woodlands and alongside one of the tributaries of the Mooloolah River at Mountain Creek on Kabi Kabi country, Sunshine Coast.
Guided nature therapy follows a sequence of activities that awaken our senses and help us develop our relationship with nature, the more-than-human world.
2 hour forest bathing nature connection walk including:
Orientation to Mountain Creek, acknowledgement of country and sensory grounding
Guided sequence of relational forest therapy practices by ANFT certified guide
Vegan, gluten free snack and forest tea ritual
group size will have a maximum of 8
We'll come together under the trees to share in activities that awaken our senses and help us remember and develop our relationship the Earth.
Research shows that these practices can help us find joy, calm, peace and awe in our experience of life by encouraging curiosity, motivation and a renewed commitment to the Earth.
For each available as-yet-unbooked date you can book for your own private group ($250, max 8 participants) or an individual ticket ($42pp or $68 for two) to unlock it as a public event (minimum participant numbers apply).

We walk along the Mountain Creek Recreational Trail which is a five minute walk (on the flat) from the bus stop of the 614 Maroochydore - Kawana Shopping World route (Glenfields Bvd at Sailfish Drive).
