Description

Nature Mindfulness

Nature Mindfulness is a small group experience. Whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, or simply a breath of fresh air, you’re warmly invited.

Join us for an immersive, nature-based experience designed to gently slow us down, deepen our breath, reconnect us with ourselves, each other, and the living world surrounding us.

Guided by an experienced ecopsychologist, gentle sessions offer simple yet powerful nature-connectedness practices that invite presence, creativity, and belonging through sensory mindfulness, nature journaling, eco-art, and reflection. and foster nourishing community relationships.

Spending time in Nature is proven to reduce stress hormones, lift mood, and improve our overall sense of well-being.  Greensong applied ecopsychology practices are exploratory, immersive, nurturing experiences. A large body of scientific research spanning decades notes the benefits nature has on our health and wellbeing, including:

  • Calming the nervous system, reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and mental fatigue

  • Reconnecting with a sense of place and purpose

  • Cultivating mindfulness and emotional resilience

  • Feeling renewed, grounded, and more connected

Each session begins with simple guidelines to help you cross a threshold of stepping into an imaginal space of presence and possibility.  These practices and techniques can be incorporated and repeated, even amidst the busyness of city living.

If this invitation speaks to you, please register to join us.
