Event description
Nature Mindfulness
You are invited to a small group experience where we tune-in deeply to our natural world through a variety of nature-connection practices and learn techniques that can be incorporated anytime. (Even when we are living in a busy city!)
You are guided by an experienced ecopsychologist uitlising practices and activities aiming to deepen our ecological awareness. We explore sensory perception and presence, intuition and inner wisdom, and strengthening relationships with nature, self, and community.
A large body of scientific research spanning over 40-years notes the benefits nature has on our health and wellbeing, including:
- reduced depression, anxiety, stress, mental fatigue, and anger.
- improve mood, sleep, cognitive functioning, and creativity.
- boostered immune functioning
- increased energy levels and reduced symptoms associated with ADHD, trauma, and addiction.
